HunterWorks does not promise that used hardware will never fail. What we promise is that every system is tested before sale, documented through proof, and supported fairly when legitimate issues appear.

Our goal is simple: We do not just sell PCs. We test them, document them, support them, and stand behind our work.

This warranty is built for a small but serious PC refurbishment and custom-build business. It protects the customer while keeping the service sustainable.

Warranty Coverage Summary

DOA Protection

7 days

Covers immediate hardware failure after purchase, such as no display, failure to boot, or sudden verified hardware failure.

Limited System Service Warranty

30 days

Includes diagnostics, troubleshooting, and labor support for verified hardware-related issues under normal use.

Manufacturer Warranty Assistance

For applicable brand-new parts, HunterWorks can help guide buyers through claim procedures and documentation.

7-Day DOA Protection

Protection Against Immediate Hardware Failure

If a hardware defect appears within 7 days of purchase and is verified by HunterWorks, we may provide one of the following:

  • Repair the issue
  • Replace the affected component if available
  • Offer an equivalent alternative
  • Provide another fair solution at HunterWorks' discretion

Examples of possible DOA issues:

  • No display
  • Failure to boot
  • Sudden hardware failure
  • Faulty component discovered shortly after purchase

30-Day Limited System Service Warranty

Support for Legitimate Hardware Issues

For 30 days after purchase, HunterWorks provides limited service support for covered issues under normal use.

Coverage may include:

  • Hardware diagnostics
  • Troubleshooting assistance
  • Labor related to covered issues
  • Verification of reported instability

Important note: The 30-day service warranty does not automatically guarantee free replacement of every component. Its purpose is to diagnose and fairly resolve legitimate hardware-related issues.

Brand-New SSD / PSU / RAM / Fans: Manufacturer warranty assistance, when applicable. HunterWorks strongly prefers brand-new PSUs whenever possible because they improve safety, reliability, and buyer confidence.
